Close to the center of Perugia, customers had just bought an apartment located on the lower floor of their home and wanted to not only renovate it but also join it to the upper floor with a wooden staircase that would have the least impact possible.

The work carried out included the reconstruction of the electrical and plumbing systems, replacement of fixtures, opening with a new door on the load-bearing wall, construction of an internal coat, new bathroom and kitchen, construction of the opening and construction of an internal wooden staircase.
